I had a great experience at holiday inn express, offenbach by ihg during my recent stay. It exceeded my expectations after a prior stay in the city, especially with the awesome breakfast buffet and comfy rooms. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the sbahn.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. The beds were super comfy and the staff were attentive & made things right, even when the lifts were down initially, they treated us to drinks while we waited.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The lifts can be congested at times, which is frustrating!!! Additionally, the pricing for parking is somewhat high and should ideally be complimentary given the hotel's setup!!! Addressing these issues could improve the experience.
